Drive through took too long. One car in front of me and still waited almost 10 minutes. I got my bag and it ripped halfway through the exchange through the window. All the employee said was "Did that just rip?" I said yes and she gave me a plastic bag. Nothing said about the curly fries on the ground, in my lap or on the floor of my car. Got about 1/3 of what I ordered. Got home and the food was luke warm at best. Not a very good experience. Not even worth taking pictures.

Standard Arby's food which is decent. My young son didn't like the mustard on his sandwich and they replaced it with a plain one for free. They certainly didn't have to do this and I think it's awesome that they did.

I was craving some Arbys... being that were we lived for the last year didn't have one or one too close, so when we got back to Rincon I was looking forward to this visit. When we (my family and I) walked in to the store I wasn't too pleased. The place needed a serious cleaning. I've never understood how a food service restaurant would allow the dining area to become dirty. Well, it was disappointing to say the least. The food was pretty good all things considered, just wish the staff took more pride in their place of business.

Excellent service. Efficient and friendly Customer service. Took a group (approximately 20 people) in the restaurant at 9:00pm and was welcomed with a smile. We received our food immediately. More than pleased.

It was dirty inside and didn't have a lot of people working. I got my food quickly though. My husband and I had roast beef sandwiches and some mozz sticks/jalapeno poppers and they were good. Daughter had a crispy chicken sandwich and she said hers tasted like it was microwaved. It was real flimsy and not crispy at all. I got the food to go as the drive thru was really long. It's been a long while since we've been there, might be a while before we go back. The girl taking the order was real sweet though. It was just her, the girl in drive thru (who was looking at her phone more than the then doing drive thru), and someone making food.
